This development was the replacement of a whole teaching block.  It comprised a new three storey building which is part of the Ash Hill Academy located in Hatfield, Doncaster, consisting of dining, kitchen, main hall and class rooms at ground floor level.

Classrooms, ITC and staff offices at first floor level.  Science labs, classrooms and staff rooms at second floor level. The school caters for pupils aged between 11 and 18 years old.  The entire drainage system from the existing school had to be diverted before work on the block started.
