Home Housing Group is one of the UKs largest Housing Associations and by late 2022, has completed its new headquarters in the heart of the vibrant Newcastle City Centre.  It is now home to 700 staff,  spread over 6 floors, which employed 400 construction workers just to build it.

Assure Building Control was selected to provide building regulation approval and from mid-2020 were working closely with the design team to help them deliver this prestigious office building.  It’s very location is iconic in that it faces the famous ‘Gallowgate’ end of St James Park and it’s new neighbour, ‘The Strawberry Pub’ is a well known local favourite for pre and post match refreshment.  Another great project which Assure Building Control is proud to be part of,  in helping Home Housing with the important work they do.
