The client commissioned a new 3 storey building to provide laboratories, warehousing, milling and offices. Assure Building Control was selected to provide building regulation approval for this development which comprised a steel frame with composite steel/concrete floor plates and a high degree of fire separation related to the pharmaceutical process.

The building is the latest addition to a very well established existing complex site. Involved in the development and manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients.
